Refund Policy

Physical stickers

Since every order is printed on demand from your custom design, we can't accept returns for change-of-mind. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 14 days for a free reprint or refund.

AI credits & subscriptions

Used credits are non-refundable. Unused monthly subscription fees can be refunded pro-rata within 7 days of purchase if no credits from that period have been used.
